Roasted Asparagus with Serrano Ham
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to Fan Assisted Steam 200°C.
2. Wrap each asparagus with ½ slice of Serrano ham and place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast the asparagus for about 12 minutes or until tender. Let them cool.
4.Transfer to a platter, drizzle with a little olive oil and serve.
